Services Overview

Nockolds has developed an increasingly large portfolio of fast growing local and regional property developers, providing them with all the necessary legal services in their acquisition of development sites, and acting for them exclusively in their subsequent plot sales. Michael Talbot, who heads the Commercial property team has trained a specialist team to provide these clients with the very best comprehensive legal support; Michael accompanied one of these clients on a trip to Hong Kong to promote sales of units in a prestigious River Thames facing development.

We act for a number of investors and trusts in the acquisition and disposal, letting and management of commercial property and for a businesses from sole trader to national companies including supermarket and fast food chains in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold business premises.
