Nockolds wins Best Recruiter Medium Regional Firm Award!

Nockolds are delighted and proud to have been awarded the Best Recruiter - Medium-Sized Regional law firm in the UK. Having been nominated in this category with 7 other leading regional firms throughout the country, the Firm was invited to attend the prestigious LawCareers.Net Training & Recruitment Awards (the TARAs) held at The Gherkin on 24 May 2012 at which 240 guests attended.

 

The annual awards, now in their ninth year, recognise the best recruiters and trainers among law firms throughout the UK and this year’s awards were based on a large survey of over 2,300 trainee and newly qualified solicitors.  

 

Prior to being announced as winners, a quote from one of Nockolds’ trainee solicitors was read out at the Awards event complimenting the firm on its recruitment and training procedures: “The varied process gave me the best possible opportunity to give the partners a rounded view of who I was as a person to work with and my abilities as well getting to know me individually.”
