The Government has now published it’s regular annual increases in Tribunal compensation limits. The significant increases in inflation have been reflected in the increased limits which are;
- Compensatory Award – £105,707 (previously £93,878)
- A week’s pay for redundancy payments – £643 (previously £571)
These changes will take effect from 6 April 2023 meaning that anyone made redundant after this date will be entitled to a higher payment.
