Nockolds is Proud to be Recognised in The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ 2024

Nockolds is delighted to share its achievement of being included in the prestigious ‘Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024’.

This recognition, in collaboration with WorkL, celebrates organisations in the UK who excel in fostering positive employee experiences, engagement and wellbeing.

Through a comprehensive evaluation process, involving 26 survey questions, Nockolds demonstrated excellence across WorkL’s six key drivers of engagement: recognition, information sharing, empowerment, pride, job satisfaction and well-being.

Some insights from the survey results include:

  • 90% of staff are confident in the firm’s management;
  • 90% of staff feel job satisfaction within their roles
  • 87% of staff feel empowered in their roles
