Nockolds is delighted to announce the launch of ‘Nockolds Academy’, a new training scheme for all employees. The scheme will be available to everyone in the firm and provides appropriate training at each stage of an employee’s career.
The structured learning programme has been designed to help every employee reach their highest potential. The academy consists of training for technical legal skills as well as non-legal training and employees will be provided with continuing education.
Throughout the non-legal training, everyone participating in the academy will have training on Anti Money Laundering, General Data Privacy Regulation, Excel/ Word Pitman training for fee earners and support staff, SAR training for accounts staff and management training. As well as this, employees will be given the opportunity to develop their soft skills which includes negotiating, relationship building and presentation skills.
Nockolds is also proud to support employees through professional body qualifications such as CILEX, CIM, CIPD and STEP to name a few.
