Due to our continued expansion, we are now looking to recruit an Employment Senior Associate for our London office, with a good technical background, commercial awareness, and a minimum of 10 year’s PQE.

You will be a senior lawyer with extensive employment law experience. You must have a willingness to be involved in the support and development of junior staff, be commercially aware, have good client care skills, an eye for detail and knowledge of document and case management systems. You will be expected to run your own caseload but also be an interactive team member. You must also have a proven background in developing client relationships, business development and marketing. A client following is desirable.
