As part of the Nockolds Academy you will be given our Development Structure which outlines the skills, competencies and training that you will need to succeed in your current role and also to progress to the next level.

We will invest in your development and provide you with full support to achieve what you want to achieve. You will learn from the best and we will recognise and reward your successes and achievements

For those lawyers starting out on their career, we have a Junior Lawyers Programme which will give you all the non technical skills to complement the on the job training from the teams.

You will receive regular support and feedback throughout your career journey and you can progress at your own pace and decide how far you want to go

We want to develop leaders who can continue to grow the firm so all our Principal Associates are put on our ‘Tomorrow’s Leaders’ programme to give them the skills to become leaders of the future

All staff have the opportunity to study for a formal qualification that is relevant to your role. You will then receive support and guidance from your Team Leader, HR and dedicated internal groups.
