Darren Hayward was instructed to provide advice on a major restructure within a business.
Considering cross-jurisdictional issues with employees based in different countries, Darren worked closely with the Executive Team advising them on all matters including the jurisdictional points on the redundancy/restructuring process from start to finish.
The potential liability to the business exceeded a six-figure sum but had to be dealt with sensitively and swiftly not least to protect the company’s brand/image.
