Nockolds HR have provided ongoing HR support to Innovent Leasing (London) for a number of years, including monthly on-site support days at the business offices, and additional remote HR support.
Innovent have gone through major business and operational growth over the last few years. As a result, Nockolds HR have provided support to the client throughout this growth which has included the doubling the size of the workforce and moving to larger premises. Nockolds HR has supported on everyday HR operations including implementing background screening, carrying out Right to Work compliance checks, and providing onboarding and induction support for new employees. These specialist areas of expertise have supported our business growth as we continue to bring people into the business.
Helen Burrowes and the Nockolds HR team continue to work alongside Innovent’s senior management team to support the business’ ongoing development to build a HR infrastructure and retain the business’ culture and values despite its major growth.
