Danielle joined Nockolds in 2024 and is a Senior Associate in our Wills & Probate Team. She is also a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has full STEP qualifications.
Danielle specialises in all Private Client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning and the Administration of Estates. Particular areas of interest for her include cross-border Estates, tax planning strategies and complex family structures.
Danielle is particularly dedicated to supporting clients during difficult times, focusing on practical and solution-oriented advice to help achieve the desired outcome. Danielle takes an objective-focused approach, focusing on finding solutions that align with her clients’ goals. Danielle’s patient and clear communication style ensures that clients feel supported and fully understand every step of the process.
Danielle studied Law at the University of Winchester and thereafter completed her Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. She trained at a firm in her hometown of Bournemouth and, after qualifying as a Solicitor in 2019, worked for five years as a Private Client Solicitor at a Legal 500 firm in Essex prior to joining Nockolds.
