Karen leads our Residential Property Team based in Bishop’s Stortford. Karen is an experienced residential property solicitor. She qualified as a solicitor in 2006 with a varied background, having previously practiced in commercial and agricultural property, personal injury and family law.
Karen’s experience in the last decade has been garnered in market towns such as Newmarket in Suffolk, Petworth in West Sussex and Bishop’s Stortford in Hertfordshire, all with excellent links to London and central to the local community which is the reason for the success of such places and serves as a shining example both locally and internationally.
Karen is well versed in maintaining and delivering a traditional service with a flexible approach whilst using technology to keep pace with modern life
Aside from dealing with transactions relating to a full range of residential property transactions both registered and unregistered land (freehold and leasehold), shared ownership, adverse possession and transfers of equity she also has a special interest in self-builds and nurturing small and first time developers.
Karen speaks fluent Cantonese and can provide additional value to Chinese clients.
