Kiren joined Nockolds in 2024 and is a Senior Associate in our London Family Team. Prior to joining Nockolds Kiren worked for a Legal 500, Tier 1 firm in Essex and London.
Kiren studied law at the University of Aberdeen and undertook her Masters in Advertising and Marketing at the University of Leeds. After completing her GDL and LPC at the College of Law, she joined an international top 20 corporate and banking firm in London to complete her training contract. As part of her training contract Kiren was selected to do her corporate seat in Dubai.
Kiren advises on all areas of family law, including divorce and separation, matrimonial finances, international divorce, nuptial agreements, private children disputes, and cohabitation issues.
Kiren advises high net worth clients in complex financial remedy proceedings. She has particular experience in dealing with family businesses, overseas assets, trusts, tax issues, third party interests and significant pensions.
Kiren also has experience in advising on complex children matters, dealing with allegations of severe domestic abuse and parental alienation.
Kiren is a member of Resolution and holds a specialist accreditation in complex finances and domestic violence. She is also a member of the Innovation Committee and contributes articles to the Resolution Review.
Kiren has frequently featured in Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer.
In her spare time Kiren enjoys travelling and running having completed the London Marathon in 2015.
