Mario joined Nockolds in February 2016 and is a Partner leading the Residential Property Team based in our London office. He has worked in this field since he qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has worked in various firms around London and Hertfordshire.
Mario has a wide experience in all types of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions and transfers of property. He also has experience in dealing with a variety of different types of property including prime urban dwellings, new build homes and country properties. Prior to joining Nockolds, Mario has led and managed teams specialising in residential property in addition to running his own caseload.
Mario often works closely with other departments in related property matters, drawing upon the legal expertise of his colleagues to ensure that his clients receive advice tailored to their needs. He strives to deliver a personalised service with excellent client care by offering clear, straightforward legal advice throughout the transaction.
