Mark joined Nockolds in 2022 and is an Associate Solicitor in our Family team.
Mark handles all aspect of private family law including divorce and separation, financial settlements, child contact and relocation matters, and cohabitation and separation disputes.
Before joining Nockolds, Mark studied Political Science and Social Policy at the University of Birmingham, and then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course. Mark understands that each client’s circumstances are different, and he aims to provide personalised and practical solutions for all of his clients. He takes an empathetic approach and ensures that the right outcome is reached for each client.
Mark successfully worked on the notable case of NM v PM [2024] EWFC 199(B) which concerned whether a pre-nuptial agreement should be upheld, and this was recently reported in the legal press.
