Mia Gaitley joined the Nockolds team in October 2023, taking on the role of a HR Consultant within Nockolds HR working alongside the Employment Team.
Prior to joining Nockolds, Mia served in the HM Armed Forces for 8 years, specialising in Human Resources, being part of the Adjutants General Corps. Mia has served in many countries throughout her Armed Forces career with her most recent Deployments being in Iraq and Kenya. Mia is now part of the National reserves and commits 19 days per year to this.
In her current position at Nockolds, Mia offers external HR support, oversees tasks such as reviewing employee contracts and staff handbooks, providing updated Policies assisting with grievances and disciplinary hearings, provides advice on HR related matters, while nurturing client relationships. Mia is a key contact for the Armed Forces sector Nockolds have and is very passionate about helping Veterans and those currently serving, including Military spouses and family.
