Sue joined Nockolds in 2015 and is a consultant working with Nockolds Resolution.
She supports the delivery of the Optical Consumer Complaints Service, developing and managing industry communications, as well as contributing to the working relationship with the General Optical Council.
Sue supports the Head of Alternative Dispute Regulation in the communication of how mediation plays an effective role in the regulatory healthcare sector. In 2019, she assisted to establish the Healthcare Regulatory Complaint Forum, an event which was attended by all healthcare regulators. Now an established event, this Forum provides a welcoming environment for professionals to discuss the diverse nature of complaints and to share insight as well as best practice to achieve a greater consistency across the regulatory sector.
In 2021, Sue helped to launch the Nockolds Resolution Training & Consultancy programme. This initiative serves to educate and empower organisations to provide them with the tools they need to improve their complaint resolution processes.
