Tracy joined Nockolds in 2023 as a Trainee Legal Executive in our Family Team.
Tracy assists in all aspects of private family law, including divorce and separation, financial settlements, child arrangements and maintenance pending suit applications.
Tracy approaches her clients with empathy and provides continuous support. She recognises that each case is unique and works to achieve the best possible outcome in a cost-effective way.
Tracy is currently studying with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is ACILEx level. Tracy aims to obtain her full Chartered Legal Executive qualification in 2025.
Tracy successfully worked on the notable case of NM v PM [2024] EWFC 199(B) in respect of whether a pre-nuptial agreement should be upheld. This case was recently reported in the legal press and the Sunday Times.
