With the continuing spread of coronavirus and having regard to the recent government briefing, we are having to review our business operations and make some adjustments to our working practises to protect our staff, clients and visitors. We are keen to reassure you regarding the service and care you receive from all of us at Nockolds whilst we work through the coronavirus situation.
In line with the government guidance, we have asked our staff to work remotely where possible and our infrastructure has been tested which will allow us to work remotely for an extended period of time if required. Although we have put these measures in place, we wish to reassure you that we are still working and we will continue to do everything we can to minimise the impact on the service we offer to our clients. You will not see a change in the level of service you have grown to expect from us, our business will continue as normal just from a different location. We also have safeguards in place to protect client confidentiality during remote working.
As we are still fully operational we can continue to receive new instructions and we will continue to serve our local community through these challenging times. We have measures in place to allow us to take remote instructions which will allow us to work for you whilst you remain in the comfort of your own surroundings. We understand everyone is facing difficult times ahead and we want to provide a flexible service to meet your needs.
