Nockolds is delighted to announce it has been awarded the prestigious accolade of ‘The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023’.
The Sunday Times and WorkL have joined forces to recognise and celebrate the very best organisations with consistently high levels of positive employee experience, employee engagement and wellbeing levels in the UK.
The 26 survey questions measure employee experience, covering WorkL’s six key drivers of engagement; reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, pride, job satisfaction and wellbeing.
Highlights of the survey results include:

- 92% feel they are treated with respect;
- 91% of staff are confident in the firm’s management;
- 91% of staff felt Nockolds cared for their wellbeing.
