Nockolds is delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Kenneally as Senior Associate in the firm’s London Commercial Property Team. Simon’s appointment follows a number of new appointments in Nockolds’ City office which has grown from a team of four to 26 since it was opened in 2013. Simon has joined the firm from Gregg Latchams Solicitors where he had been an Associate Solicitor for five years.
Simon joins a team of 31 others, one of the largest commercial property teams in East Anglia. The department acts for a wide range of clients from regional house builders, airport related users, supermarkets, fast food franchisees and quarry owners. Simon brings to the team 10 years of specialist knowledge in commercial property, particularly focusing on residential development and airspace development. Simon also has expertise in landlord and tenant work for the food, drink and hospitality sector, and portfolio acquisitions and management.
