Nockolds Successfully Retains Lexcel and Customer Service Excellence Award

We are proud to announce that we have retained the Lexcel Legal Practice Quality Mark and Customer Service Excellence Standard (CSE) following a review of the firm earlier this month.

2024 will mark the 21st year that Nockolds has achieved the Lexcel Quality Mark. The accreditation is awarded by the Law Society to law firms who deliver the highest level of client care, exemplary standards of regulatory compliance and practice management. Following this year’s assessment, the Lexcel Assessor reported that “In Lexcel terms, Nockolds Solicitors remains a very clear ‘Centre of Excellence’.”

We are also delighted to have retained our Customer Service Excellence (Award) for the 6th consecutive year. The CSE Standard is a national quality mark that seeks to recognise organisations who have a true customer-focused culture. It is also designed to promote continuous improvement. In summarising the assessment, the independent assessor stated that “It remains very clear from the 3 Year assessment process that, despite continual change, and ever increasing competition within the legal profession, Nockolds Solicitors Limited, comfortably continue to achieve the high standards necessary to be reaccredited against the Customer Service Excellence Standard.”

Certification to the Customer Service Excellence Standard is achieved through a rigorous assessment process including a review of documents submitted to an impartial assessor which demonstrate compliance against each element of the Standard, and an on-site visit to establish whether or not an organisation meets the requirements of the scheme. Along with being awarded the CSE Standard, we have also attained 10 Compliance Plus marks for Customer Service Excellence, recognising our exceptional levels of client service.
