Nockolds is delighted to welcome Christopher Hill as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Residential Property Team. Christopher has joined the firm from Mills and Reeve where he had been a Senior Associate Solicitor for four years.
Christopher will be working closely with Nockolds’ agriculture Senior Partner Nicholas Belcher, undertaking rural property work involving sales and purchases, the creation of agricultural tenancies and general land law including covenants and easements. Christopher’s experience encompasses the full spectrum of residential property services including sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, matrimonial and estate planning, probate transfers, registration and specialist work including property development and the grant and reservation of easements.
Christopher has acted for a wide range of clients, from high net worth individuals and landed estates, to UK and overseas investors, Oxbridge colleges and universities. He has acted on a variety of matters including acting for both landlord and tenants in leasing, financing, site set up, the sale and purchase of high value town and country homes (freehold and leasehold), lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement and the operation of shared equity schemes for universities.
