Nockolds is delighted to announce that Katie Harris and Mark Treacy have officially qualified as Solicitors with the firm.
Mark and Katie joined Nockolds in 2022 as Trainee Solicitors and, over the past two years, they have excelled in their respective fields.
Mark will be joining the Family Team, where he will handle all aspects of private family law including divorce and separation, financial settlements, child contact and relocation matters, and cohabitation and separation disputes.
Mark commented: “I thoroughly enjoyed my training contract and got invaluable hands-on experience on an array of matters. I was able to work across the private client departments and gained experience in the residential property, wills and probate and family departments. I established strong relationships with clients and assisted them in often stressful and emotionally challenging times in their lives. I am excited to continue at Nockolds as an Associate in the Family team and continue assisting clients in navigating their family issues.”
Katie will be bringing her expertise to the Employment Team where she will be advising employees and employers on a wide range of work-related issues including preparing and negotiating settlement agreements for employees and assisting with complex discrimination and unfair dismissal cases.
Katie has commented: “I am delighted to have successfully completed my training contract and to have been admitted as a Solicitor. I am grateful for all the invaluable support and training that I have received and am thankful to all my amazing supervisors and colleagues. I am really excited to take the next step in my career as an Associate Solicitor in the Employment Team.”
