In-house Training Workshops & Coaching
At Nockolds HR we provide in-house training workshops for line managers. Our team of professional HR Consultants can deliver operational level or strategic level training tailored to meet your business’ needs.
Our workshops can be delivered onsite at your premises directly to your people, or at an offsite location if your team would prefer an away day for training. We can even deliver our training workshops online via a virtual webinar.
Our team of HR Consultants have experience in delivering the following training scenarios:
- One-off workshops – single line manager training workshops sessions that cover a specific training need (e.g. training a small group of line managers on Probation Review)
- Multiple workshops -
- where there is a high volume of attendees, we can hold more than one session
- staggered workshop content where there is variation of training needs between groups (e.g. Appraisal training for an SMT group, followed by a more operationally focused Appraisal training session for line managers)
- A workshop series – covering related topics (e.g. a line manager training workshop series covering Managing a Disciplinary, Probation Reviews, Handling Grievances, and Investigations and Notetaking).

One-to-one coaching
